Using the information from the readings, create an evaluation tool for one of your tasks, assignments, or projects.
- Determine a topic to teach to a target audience;
- Establish one learning outcome—domain, taxonomy, and standard;
- Determine how to evaluate the learning outcome;
- Brainstorm evaluation suggestions;
- Create a rough draft of a measuring schematic, marking guide, or rubric.
TOPIC: Technology for the Educator
OUTCOME: Compile a list of technological tools to enhance pedagogy (Blooms taxonomy,cognitive domain, synthesis level)
HOW TO BEST EVALUATE: At the synthesis and evaluation levels, students produce, design, create and evaluate -Cranton.
EVALUATION SUGGESTIONS: A presentation of the students findings, group or individual projects, oral presentations, production of a video. Discussion can play an important role at this level. I would most likely give the student options for creating a presentation or video.
